Dear Office Manager: In January 2000 we were convinced by our real estate agent, Mary Ellen McCamus to list our property immediately instead of waiting until Spring. The result: we had numerous drive-bys as soon as the listing was on the MLS site and within a day or two we had requests for showings. There were two offers even before the listing was put in the newspaper. Nonetheless we sold the property four days after the house was listed. HAD TO BE OUT OF OUR HOUSE IN JUST 5 WEEKS YOU WENT TO WORK AND LINED UP 18
HOUSES TO SEE IN ONE DAY. WE ALSO HAD THE DISTANCE FACTOR WORKING AGAINST US,
BEING THAT WE LIVED 6 HOURS AWAY.
WELL YOU DID IT. WE'VE SETTLED IN AND JUST LOVE THE
NEIGHBORHOOD. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO KNOW WHICH PARTS OF TOWN WOULD BE BEST
